Assessment

Show your potential by completing a general mental ability & personality test.

Step 3

Screening interview

Meet with the hiring manager to assess key skills for the role. Please take the opportunity to ask questions about the role, the team, challenges etc. It takes two to tango!

Step 4

HR interview

Meet with the hiring manager and the recruiter to dive deeper into your personality and understand how you behave in different situations.

Step 5

Background check

We would like to hear more about you from those who know you well, such as your current or former colleagues. We use a digital tool for background checks and you will be asked to provide us with references.

Step 6

Offer

We would love to work with you! You will soon receive an offer from us.
