We are looking for a Test Leader who is passionate about quality and eager to take ownership of testing activities within a dynamic development environment. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards by leading test activities, guiding a small team, and driving continuous improvement in how we verify and validate our solutions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams across development and verification, contributing to high-impact deliveries in an agile and fast-paced setting.

What You'll Do

• Define test scope, objectives, and overall strategy, including selecting appropriate methods and tools

• Lead, support, and guide a small team of testers (typically 1–5 people) to deliver high-quality results

• Drive test execution, ensuring alignment with defined plans, timelines, and quality targets

• Manage defect tracking and prioritization, and collaborate closely with development teams to resolve issues

• Prepare and communicate test reports, highlighting progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders

• Collaborate with program managers, verification leads, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and transparency

Who You Are

• You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a similar field

• You have experience within software testing, verification, or development, preferably in an automotive context

• You bring experience from test engineering and have a good understanding of both manual and automated testing

• You have experience leading teams, or a strong motivation to step into a leadership role

• You are confident in driving collaboration, influencing stakeholders, and communicating clearly across teams

• You are familiar with agile ways of working and thrive in a fast-moving environment
