Cloud Architect - Data Platform

We are looking for a Cloud Architect to design and lead the implementation of a scalable, secure, and high‑performance cloud platform for connected vehicle data. In this role, you will play a central part in enabling data‑driven products and monetization capabilities, working closely with Product, Technical Program Management, and engineering teams across Europe.
This is a senior role with end‑to‑end architectural responsibility, shaping how vehicle data is ingested, processed, exposed, and governed at scale.
What You'll Do
Design end-to-end cloud architecture for connected vehicle data service platform
Define data ingestion, processing, storage, and API layers
Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of the platform
Ensure compliance with European regulations (GDPR, data residency)
Collaborate with Product and TPM to align architecture with business goals
Who You Are:
5+ years of experience in cloud architecture or distributed systems
Strong hands-on experience with data processing and APIs
Expertise in data architectures (data lakes, streaming, batch processing)
Experience designing data monetization platforms or APIs
Experience with Kafka, Spark, or similar technologies
Knowledge of security, identity, and compliance in cloud environments
Experience with connected vehicle / IoT platforms (meritorious)
Familiarity with vehicle data pipelines (meritorious)
